The next step is to perform a gap analysis (GAP Analysis). This analysis identifies the differences between the existing security posture and the requirements of NIS 2.

Setting an Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy

The next step is to establish an information security management system (ISMS) policy. This policy should clearly define your obligations and procedures for ensuring information security in accordance with NIS 2.

Risk analysis and penetration tests

An asset analysis is followed by a risk analysis where potential security risks are identified. We then perform penetration tests that test the vulnerabilities of systems and infrastructure so that we can better secure them. Legal partners will ensure an audit of contractual relationships with key suppliers, customers and employees and the resulting risks.
